MAXXI – National Museum of the Arts of the XXI Century is one of the most important realities of contemporary art in Rome. The collaboration with Wunderkammern Gallery shows an element of partnership between the two institutions and broadens the urban and contemporary art scene of Rome.
The project of “Wunderkammern – Art Institutional Encounters” aimed to enhance the contemporary artistic research in the periphery of Rome, through the presentation of important art institutions at Wunderkammern Gallery. The event’s objectives were to link cultural projects in the local and national territory with the urban space and the citizenship and to promote an active exchange between organizations that share the diffusion of contemporary culture.
